General Notary Work
• Per notarial act: $10
• Travel fee: $45. $0.75 per mile beyond 15 miles
• After hours (evenings & weekends): + $25
Priority (less than 12 hours notice): +25
Special Location (Hospital/Assisted Living, ect.): +20
• Printing: $0.10–$0.25 per page
Jail/Detention Facilities: $100 flat fee + standard notarial fees + travel. Contact me for a quote

Cancellation & Unable-to-Perform
• Late cancellation (within 2 hours): $25

About Christine
I'm a mom of four and I help out my grandmother, so a traditional 9 to 5 was never going to work for me. Becoming a notary gave me flexible work I could actually build around my life, and I genuinely love what I do!
I'm based in Vancouver, WA. I show up on time, I communicate clearly, and I don't overcomplicate things. If you need a notary who's going to make the process easy, that's what I'm here for.

What areas do you serve?
I'm based in Vancouver, WA and serve the surrounding areas including Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Longview and Kelso. Oregon commission coming soon, Portland metro clients stay tuned! Travel fees may apply depending on distance, just ask when you reach out.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Have a valid, unexpired government issued photo ID ready (driver's license or passport works great). Don't sign anything beforehand, the signature needs to happen in front of me.
Can you notarize anything?
Almost, but not quite. Notaries aren't permitted to notarize documents in which we have a personal interest, and I can't provide legal advice or tell you which form you need. If you're unsure whether your document qualifies, just reach out.
What if I need a notary outside of normal business hours?
Flexible hours are kind of the whole point for me. Reach out and let's see what we can work out.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For general notary work, same day or next day is often possible. Loan signings typically have more lead time built in. When in doubt, reach out sooner rather than later.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Paypal and Cashapp. Receipt available upon request.
